This corner of El Paso County has always been a waypoint — open country on one side, fourteen thousand feet of mountain on the other. That's the story we're carrying forward as an independent campground.

How do I make a reservation?
Reserve online through our booking link, or call the campground directly and we'll get you set up. Our team can help match your rig to the right site.
What are check-in and check-out times?
RV and tent check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Let us know if you're arriving late and we'll leave arrival instructions for you.
What size RVs can you accommodate?
We have long, level pull-through sites that accommodate rigs up to 100 feet, plus 20-, 30- and 50-amp service. Smaller trailers, vans and tents are welcome too.
Are you open year-round?
Yes — the campground is open year-round. Seasonal activities and services vary with the weather, so call ahead if something specific matters to your trip.
Do you offer extended stays?
Yes. We have extended-stay sites for guests spending a longer stretch in the Colorado Springs area. Contact the office for current availability.
Are pets welcome?
Pets are welcome, and we have a dedicated dog park on the property. Please keep pets leashed on campground roads and clean up after them.
Do you offer full-hookup RV sites?
Yes — water, electric and sewer hookups are available, with cable TV at applicable sites.
Is laundry available?
Guest laundry is available 24/7, along with a 24/7 bathhouse with hot showers.
Do you have RV storage?
We offer long-term RV storage and storage units on site. Call the office for current availability and terms.
What attractions are near the campground?
Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City, the U.S. Air Force Academy, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and the Paint Mines Interpretive Park are all part of a typical stay here.

We're located east of the city off Highway 24 on Judge Orr Road, an easy drive to downtown Colorado Springs and the Front Range attractions.
How do I get to the campground?
We're at 14010 Judge Orr Road, Peyton, CO 80831 — just off Highway 24 east of Colorado Springs, near the Meadow Lake Airport area. Use the Get Directions button and your map app will bring you right to the office.
